Terms of use
Proposed rules for responsible use of the ColSuite website and delivery-management services.
Scope and operator
ColSuite provides software for delivery operations, communication, and related workflows. The software does not itself make ColSuite the carrier, seller, or employer involved in your operations. These draft terms are not a replacement for a signed service agreement and do not create an account or subscription by being displayed.
The operator is based in Algeria. The operator’s legal identity and address must be inserted before these terms are finalized. These terms must not describe ColSuite as an incorporated or registered company unless that status has been established.
Accounts, permissions, and lawful use
Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and report suspected misuse. You are responsible for the instructions, content, and operational decisions you submit, and for having authority to share customer or staff information.
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful content, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, interference, or attempts to bypass security or account limits. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security incident, or an applicable legal requirement.
Operational decisions and automated tools
Review shipment details, financial records, messages, AI suggestions, and automation rules before relying on them. Automated output can be inaccurate, and configured actions can change records. Confirm that a workflow matches your permissions and intended result before enabling it.
The website chat is a contact channel, not an emergency service. Availability of a chat widget does not promise an immediate response.
Prices, payments, and cancellation
Before a paid order or subscription is confirmed, its applicable price, currency, billing period, included limits, renewal conditions, and cancellation and refund terms must be presented and accepted. Do not assume that a website description overrides the confirmed purchase terms or a signed agreement.
No blanket waiver of statutory consumer rights or automatic no-refund rule is created by this draft. Payment, cancellation, and refund details require confirmation before paid services are offered under these terms.
Availability and responsibility
Features depend on account permissions, configuration, connectivity, and supported third-party services. Uninterrupted availability or error-free results are not promised. Keep copies of important business records and check the outcome of significant actions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the proposed terms exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Any monetary liability limit must be expressly agreed in the final service contract after legal review.
Your content and service materials
You retain rights in content you are entitled to submit. Use of that content should be limited to operating and supporting the service and meeting applicable obligations. Access does not transfer ownership of ColSuite software, branding, or other protected materials.
Questions, changes, and disputes
Contact us first to explain a concern and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Applicable Algerian law and mandatory rights must be considered when finalizing the governing-law and dispute provisions. This draft does not impose an exclusive court, arbitration clause, or waiver of legal remedies.
The final terms must identify how material changes will be communicated and accepted where required. Until the operator identity and outstanding commercial details are confirmed, this document remains a proposal for review.
